Harrow Network Partners (HNP)
Harrow Network Partners (HNP) is a new collaboration of Primary Care Networks and GP practices across Harrow, working together to strengthen general practice and improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.

About Harrow Network Partners
Established in 2024, HNP brings together Harrow’s GP practices, Primary Care Networks, and community partners to strengthen primary care, support the workforce, and improve outcomes for our diverse communities.
Vision statement
To create a strong, united voice for Harrow General Practices/PCNs, where practices and patients thrive through trust, support and clinical excellence.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, we’ll be focusing on a few key areas:
-
Helping our PCNs to grow and thrive, with particular focus on workforce planning, recruitment, and supporting staff wellbeing and professional development.
-
Developing our Training Hub so we can build skills and capacity across both clinical and non-clinical teams.
-
Strengthening partnerships and service delivery with the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), Harrow Council, and voluntary and community organisations, so we can better connect primary care with social care, mental health, and community services.
