Vision statement

To create a strong, united voice for Harrow General Practices/PCNs, where practices and patients thrive through trust, support and clinical excellence.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, we’ll be focusing on a few key areas:

• Helping our PCNs to grow and thrive, with particular focus on workforce planning, recruitment, and supporting staff wellbeing and professional development.

• Developing our Training Hub so we can build skills and capacity across both clinical and non-clinical teams.

• Strengthening partnerships and service delivery with the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), Harrow Council, and voluntary and community organisations, so we can better connect primary care with social care, mental health, and community services.​

Origins

• 5 established PCNs

• PCNs share common problems in an ICB landscape

• Limitations for cross-PCN working without a formal structure

• Two opportunities meant a formal structure was required

    -Cardio-Renal Metabolic Hub

    -Training Hub
